  First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick
  question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before
  writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting
  my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10
  to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how

  I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site?
  Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
  But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so
  people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot
  of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures.

  When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the
  -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails
  with the exact same comment. Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
