  ایجاد می‌شود، که عفونت باکتریایی را ایجاد می‌کند و یک پاکت ملتهب از بافت‌ها و
  مایعات عفونی را تشکیل می‌دهد که منجر به آبسه مقعدی می‌شود که راه خود را از طریق پوست پیدا می‌کند (تخلیه شده با
  جراحی و پارگی خود به خود).
  
  به‌طور غیرمعمول فیستول پیچیده، میتواند در شرایط زیر نیز
  ایجاد می‌شود:

  بیماری های مقاربتی
